How To Manage Multiple Sky Accounts

how to

With every Sky account, there’s the potential to have up to 9 additional users, each with the ability to access things like a Sky Email account and Sky Go. Managing these accounts might seem like a hassle in theory, but in practice it’s actually very simple. Just follow these instructions and you’ll have control over multiple accounts in no time.

  • First you need to Sign in to Sky’s ‘Manage users’ page on sky.com/myaccount.
  • Then choose the ‘Set up an additional user’
  • Enter the name as well as other details of the particular user you want to add.
  • Then make a Sky ID, password and username for your additional user.
  • Just confirm whether your additional user is satisfied with the Terms/Privacy Policy/Conditions/contact preferences. After that, check on the ‘Additional user’s agreement boxes’.
  • Then click on the ‘Save’ button in order to submit the additional user.
  • Share the Sky ID, password and username with the additional user and tell them to reset these for security purpose.
  • They will receive the email about the same from Sky.

Remember that when you’re setting up additional accounts, it’s best to give them memorable names so that you and your family can easily distinguish between them. If you get into any trouble, use the Sky number to pay bill to help you through the process.
